About Kristine Richardson

“My philosophy is simple: Every person is unique, so every massage is unique. I utilize a combination of techniques from a variety of different massage styles in order to accomplish whatever my clients needs are that day and what we’re trying to work on for his or her long term well-being. It’s all about having open communication so I know about my clients’ health issues and what they’re hoping to accomplish with therapeutic massage.”

Ever since her days as a student athletic trainer in high school, Kristine has been interested in how the body works and in helping others. Continuing her work with injury prevention and rehab throughout college, she earned her BA in Psychology with Minors in Biology, Chemistry and Studio Art at SUNY Oneonta. While there, she had an internship at the Ostego Orthopedic Clinic. After working in the mental health industry for a number of years after college, Kristine yearned to get back to helping athletes and others with body work and physical wellness. She attended Fuller School of Massage Therapy where she obtained her certifications and licenses. She has been practicing massage therapy for over a dozen years – the majority in the Sturbridge, MA area.
